Your CV, imported text and saved draft stay in this browser’s local storage. Optional AI sends the text you submit through HireHope to its AI provider, as described below. Other users of this browser profile can access local drafts. Avoid shared devices and use Delete local CV data to remove them.

Document parsing takes place on your device. We do not store uploaded files on a server. PDF export uses your browser; saved PDFs and backups stay wherever you save them and are not deleted by clearing the local draft.

Job searches read employer listings from HireHope. CV matching and saved applications stay in this browser; clear or export them in Saved applications. Anonymous search and application-click totals may be counted without storing CVs or search terms. Standard hosting logs may record IP addresses and request metadata. Applying opens the employer or its recruiting platform, whose privacy policy applies.

AI is optional and requires consent for each request. When configured with Groq, selected CV text and any editing instructions or job description are sent through HireHope’s server to Groq for improvement or translation. AI document review sends the full extracted CV text, which may include contact details. Original files are not sent to Groq. Processing may occur outside your country, including in the United States. The application does not intentionally log or store AI request text on its server. Check suggestions before accepting them; manual editing and PDF downloads work without AI.

Email signup and email delivery are not offered on this website. An email address entered in the CV is part of your document, not a subscription. It may be included if you explicitly submit extracted CV text for AI review.

No advertising trackers, visitor analytics, or public CV storage are included. Interface language and theme are saved locally. Delete local CV data removes the draft and imported source; clear site data in your browser to also remove preferences.

Optional external AI uses a signed anonymous session cookie (Secure, HttpOnly, SameSite=Strict, expiring after 24 hours), Cloudflare Turnstile and HMAC-derived rate-limit counters in Upstash Redis that expire after 48 hours. Providers can receive request metadata; Turnstile verifies the visitor’s request. CV text and email addresses are not stored in the rate-limit database. No newsletter signup is offered.
